Trailside First Aid Clinic

In partnership with Richmond Rescue and Camel's Hump Backcountry Rescue, we are offering a two-hour trailside first aid clinic.

When we are out on the trails, it's a challenge for help to reach us quickly. This course intends to give you the practical assessment and intervention skills to assist a friend or fellow trail rider until help (if needed!) arrives.

While this clinic is open to all we recommend a $10 donation with ticket registration or at the door.

*This is not a certification course of any type, simply an advisory clinic*

RMT Ladies Ride at Chamberlain Hill

We are defying mother nature and trying to finally get our first ladies’ ride in the books!

This group mountain bike ride is open to all female, female-identifying, or gender-expansive riders! Bring your friends or make new ones, the ride will be "no-drop" meaning we don't leave anyone behind.

All riders should be comfortable with climbing, descending, and turning at a mellow pace on downhill forested single track. We will split into three groups based on your preference:

  • A mellow pace on moderate trails (Downhill trail: DL)

  • An intermediate/social pace on moderate/advanced trails (Downhill trail: Shimmy)

  • An intermediate pace with less stops on advanced trails (Downhill trail: Full House)

After the ride, we will all meet back up at Stone Corral with an option to grab a pint or snacks and hang with your fellow riders.

PARKING: We will meet and start the ride from Stone Corral! Parking in the Stone Corral lot will be on a first-come basis. We encourage you to carpool from the Richmond Park & Ride or park at Volunteer's Green and bike over to meet us at the lot.
